Search for structures and chemical information at the National Library of Medicine.
Chemistry Reference Resolver
ChemSpider
ChemSpider is a chemistry search engine. It indexes chemical structures and their associated information into a single searchable database.
ChemView
From the Environmental Protection Agency, provides information on approximately 1500 chemicals.
Organic Web Links
Websites compiled by the Organic Chemistry division of the American Chemical Society.
PubChem
PubChem provides information on the biological activities of small molecules.
