Computer Troubleshooting

Issue with Heterick Computers?

Try these common troubleshooting tips to see if they fix the issue/error your experiencing:

  • Check the cords to make sure everything is properly plugged in
  • Make sure both the monitor and VDI box (located on the underside of the table) are turned on
  • Check that the computer is connected to the internet via the Ethernet cable
  • Make sure you're using the appropriate program when accessing or printing your documents
