These tools can provide a starting point for determining if a person was connected with Ohio Northern University;as a student, a faculty member, and administrator or a trustee. Please remember that the resources here do have their limitations.
- There is no master names index so some patience is necessary.
- Some records overlap as to names and dates covered.
- 19th century records, mostly handwritten, may contain errors or omissions.
Photographs of students after 1910 can often be found in the university yearbooks. Earlier individual pictures MAY exist, and work is underway to provide a listing of identified photographs. Please contact the Library director for help in this area.
Please note tha background information on the university can be found on the campus history web pages and the local history pages. This is useful for gaining a picture of what life was like for students of a particular era.
