A research log helps you manage your time and organize your research. By keeping track of which searches you have run and how successful they were, you minimize duplication and ensure that you have conducted a thorough search.
A bibliography is a list of all pertinent resources, including books, articles and websites you have collected to aid in the preparation of a research paper. A bibliography most often consists of the works cited and contains the author, title, publisher and date of publication. An annotated bibliography has this basic citation information but then includes a brief summary/abstract or evaluation of the source.
