In EBSCO databases like Academic Search Complete and MEDLINE the permalink and email options are in the right sidebar. The PDF download button is to the left of the title. If you see an icon other than the PDF icon, you'll need to obtain the article in a different way. Click here for a guide to what the different icons mean.
